F.A.Q

Q: Do I have to pay an advance payment for the reservation?

A: Yes, advance payment is required to secure your booking.

Q: What payment methods can I use for the advance payment?

A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Zelle. For security reasons, we do not accept payments over the phone.

Q: Can I make the final payment using business checks?

A: Yes, but restrictions apply. Business checks are only accepted for large or special events that have been pre-authorized. The checks must be from a U.S. bank with valid routing numbers and the customer’s information. Temporary checks are not accepted. A fee of up to $40 will apply for dishonored checks.

Q: Where can you set up pony rides or a petting zoo?

A: We can set up in any level area, but avoid loose gravel, stones, or sand. For pony rides, driveways, sidewalks, and quiet streets are fine. For petting zoos, grassy areas with shade are preferred.

Q: We have a dog. Will it bother the ponies or zoo animals?

A: Please keep all dogs inside or away during the event. Loose dogs pose a serious safety hazard to both the ponies and themselves.

Q: Our yard is scheduled to be fertilized. Is that a problem?

A: Yes. We cannot operate in areas treated with fertilizer or insecticide within the past 7 days due to the risk of poisoning for the animals.

Q: What about fire ants or other pests?

A: The setup area must be free of ant mounds, bee hives, wasp nests, and other hazards. The area should also be free of dog feces, trash, or glass. If we need to clean the area, this time will be deducted from your event time. Unsafe conditions may result in cancellation, but payment will still be due.

  • Four ponies for 25 and up.
